Dave’s Floor Sanding & Installation, Inc. was established in 1978 to provide Minnesotans with a home improvement service they lacked–a floor sanding company that cares. Dave started with one truck, a few sanding machines, and a mission to provide a service that is fully customer-oriented. Our mission remains the same three generations later, except now, we have 40+ service vans and employ 50+ team members. From the start, Dave’s goals consisted of steady growth – adding one vehicle a year and team members to keep up with the demand for great customer service.

With our large team of floor experts, we are able to provide excellent service from the initial phone call to the final coat and finish. Unlike most flooring companies, we strictly specialize in hardwood flooring, making us the best at it. We offer a variety of products, from vinyl planks and engineered wood to solid hardwood, either raw, pre-finished, or laminate.
